Sundays
We'd love to see you this Sunday!
Our services are a place to encounter the love of God in a real and personal way. Through heartfelt worship and a message from the Bible, we make space for Jesus to renew and restore us.
You don’t need to have it all figured out or know all the answers, just come as you are. Whether you’re new to faith, returning after some time, or simply curious, you’ll find a friendly community ready to welcome you. Together, we’re discovering what it means to follow Jesus and live in His love.
Opening Day - Sunday, December 7th 2025 @ 10:30am
Riverstown Community Centre, Beech Park, Tramore, Co. Waterford X91F2AH
But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life. - John 4:14 NKJV
About
We’re a community of everyday people discovering what it means to know and follow Jesus. Our heart is to create a welcoming space where anyone can encounter God’s love, grow in faith and find real purpose in life. Whether you’ve been on this journey for a while or are just beginning to explore faith, you’re welcome here - just as you are.
Our Pastors
Pastors Sam and Marguerite Whelan lead our church with a deep love for worship, teaching and community.
Their heart is to walk alongside people, helping each one to see themselves as God sees them - loved, whole and full of purpose.
They dream of seeing believers experience God's love in such depth that they begin to live the adundant life Jesus promised.
Originally from Tramore, Co. Waterford, Sam and Marguerite carry a passion to see God’s love transform the wider community,
bringing hope, healing and renewal to people’s lives.
Our Roots
Our church is part of a wider family of churches in Ireland connected through Word of Life Impact Ministries, founded in 1991 by Pastor Sergio and Cathy Giusti. Their vision was to see people come to know Christ and to raise up strong, Spirit-filled leaders across Ireland and beyond.
Through their ministry, churches were planted in Dublin, Clonmel, Cavan and now Tramore. Each church is independent yet shares the same heart, to see lives transformed through the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Though Pastor Sergio went home to be with the Lord in 2022, his legacy continues through Cathy’s leadership and through the many lives and churches impacted by their ministry.
Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him! - Psalm 34:8 NLT
Believe
We are a Christ-centered community committed to living out the transformative power of the Gospel. Our beliefs are rooted in the timeless truths of Scripture.
-
God
We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator, Sustainer and Redeemer of all things. He exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is perfectly holy, just, loving and faithful.
-
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, the eternal Son of God who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, rose again on the third day and ascended into heaven, where He sits at the right hand of the Father. Through His life, death and resurrection, we are reconciled to God and empowered to live transformed lives.
-
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present-day work of the Holy Spirit, who empowers believers to live godly lives, equips them with spiritual gifts for the building up of the Church and enables them to participate in God’s mission. The Holy Spirit comforts, teaches and guides believers into all truth.
-
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God. It is the ultimate guide for faith and practice, revealing God's love, will and character.
-
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift from God, offered through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is available to all who repent and place their faith in Him. Salvation is not earned by works but received by grace through faith, resulting in justification, sanctification and eternal life.
-
Baptism
We believe baptism is an outward sign of an inward change. It is a public declaration of our commitment to follow Jesus and live in alignment with His Word.
-
The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, make disciples and serve the world. We are committed to fostering a community where believers can grow in faith, support one another and fulfill the mission of God.
Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. - Isaiah 60:1 NKJV
